Policies effective as of June 2016

(1)  The Wimberley Cemetery Association Officers/Trustees will remove flowers that have been blown into common areas such as; walkways, roadways, fences, but not from individual grave sites or plots without permission from the plot owner.

(2)  No glass or ceramic containers will be allowed, due to the danger of broken glass or shards, during mowing and general upkeep of Wimberley Cemetery.

(3)  Double stack burials are not allowed in the Wimberley Cemetery.  Burials of Cremains on top of traditional burials are allowed.

(4)  Above ground mausoleums, graves, or other related structures are not allowed in the Wimberley Cemetery.  This includes any type of above ground burial including sprinkling of Cremains.

(5)  Curbing of lots is allowed, but any curbing contracted or constructed after June 6, 2016, must be no higher than 6" from the existing ground level.

(6)   Any improvement on assigned lot(s) must be located within the boundaries of the lot(s). Boundaries will be marked on request. Special considerations must be approved in advance by the Wimberley Cemetery Association Trustees and Officers.
